  Greenproofing realizes that as industry and government move toward greater environmental controls, new jobs and small businesses will be required for innovation, implementation and maintenance of new sustainable technologies and modes of production.

For Greenproofing, this is an opportunity for urban communities, particularly youth from historically marginalized communities, to address long-term environmental degradation in their neighborhoods while benefiting from the new market and labor demands that this green movement has ignited.
